Rodrigo Palacio will return to Boca Juniors' starting XI for the clash with Godoy Cruz in Mendoza, while Uruguayan midfielder Alvaro Gonzalez will replace the suspended Sebastian Battaglia. 
Palacio, who has been out of action for much of the current season, missed the 4-2 victory over Newell's Old Boys on Thursday and also the one with South American champions Liga de Quito on Tuesday.
The highly-rated striker will replace youngster Ricardo Noir, who played a great game against Newell's Old Boys in Rosario. His strike-partner in that match, Lucas Viatri, will keep his place in Boca's strong formation.
Meanwhile, Gonzalez will replace Battaglia, who was sent-off in the 3-2 loss to Tigre at the Bombonera stadium last Sunday.
Boca's starting XI is likely to look like the following: Mauricio Caranta, Jose Maria Calvo, Julio Cesar Caceres, Gabriel Paletta, Claudio Morel Rodriguez, Fabian Vargas, Alvaro Gonzalez, Jesus Datolo, Juan Roman Riquelme, Rodrigo Palacio and Lucas Viatri.
